1).Mercury must be related to the 10th or 12th or 1st house-This makes the person interested expression of ideas through media.

2).Saturn influences 3rd house or mercury- It takes a lot of patience and time to write a story/book/novel.

3).10th house or 1st house must be influenced by sun or leo sign-Without this it's rare to get recognition in the field of writing.

4).Rahu influences 10th or 12th house- Improved imagination and makes the person create and imaginary situations.

5).12th and 5th lords are linked in 8 out of 10cases- This is the combination of creativity and imagination.

6).Link between 8th(or mars) and 11th(or Saturn)- For unpredictable, unique and innovative ideas.

7).8th lord(or scorpio) influences either 3rd house or mercury- This isn't must but an add-on.

8).1st house or 10th house influenced by 6th house or Mercury/virgo- This gives problem solving skills which are absolutely necessary for a writer.

9).2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th house influenced by rahu or ketu- Rahu is extension of reality and normality.

10).Relation between 1st and 3rd house(or Mercury) in D1 or D10– Without this the person loses motivation to keep writing.

11).Relation between 10th and 3rd lords in D1 or D10 or 10th and 1st lords of D1 are related in D10– This makes the native to turn writing into his profession.
